This blog teaches you how to do leet DPS as a SMF (Single Minded Fury) Warrior. There are many warriors around going for TG (Titan's Grip) and wondering why their DPS is so much lower than SMF. This blog teaches you how to perfect your SMF damage. Many macros and bar layouts you see are made for my preference so you can fully customize those as you like. This guide is how I DPS as SMF, it might be different from other SMF warriors. Lets get crackin'
Why SMF over TG ?
----------------------------------------

With very slow weapons, TG allows for very slow rage generation. The fact that SMF warriors do not need HIT (yes we don't need hit start throwing away your hit gems now) will equate to alot of instances when you find yourself with cooldowns ready but no rage to perform those skills. Since SMF weapons are faster, we do not need HASTE, which is the worst stat for us. The most helpful secondary stat is CRIT. Why ? because with our sucky HIT on autoattacks, CRIT makes up for it by giving us more RAGE on more of our autoattacks that do land. Thus, giving us less rage problems. Not to mention, our white damage is 20% more as SMF.
Stat Prority
----------------------------------------
Strength > Hit (till no miss % on yellow damage) > Expertise (till 26) > Crit > Mastery > Haste
Strength : The most useful stat for warrior, make sure your red slots are fitted with +40 str gems and any other color be fitted with a hybrid gem with a +20 str and (another stat) . All armor should be enchanted with strength > crit.
Hit (till no miss % on yellow damage) : Getting as much yellow damage off as possible is the core for the SMF warrior, for this you have to have a solid rotation that would utilize all the leet rage your generating with your 2.6 weapons (we go into rotation later =]), and you would also need a 0% miss chance on yellow attacks (Heroic Strike, Bloodthirst etc) for all enemies including the boss (lvl ??).
Expertise (till 26) : This will ensure that all enemies will not be able to dodge or parry your special attacks. However, bosses (LvL ??) will still have a 7% chance to parry/dodge them, it will not be worth it to put in more expertise for the hard cap. 26 for the soft cap is sufficient.
Crit : The most important secondary stat. Im a Worgen + Skinner so i get additional crit % from them and im standing at 21.65% crit as of iLvL 365. Get as much of this as possible, because not only will your autoattacks give you more rage, your yellow damage will give insane DPS. Be sure to reforge Haste > Mastery > Expertise > Hit (haste being the least important) into crit.
Mastery : One of the two lowest priority secondary stats, what it does is make abilities such as death wish and raging blow more damaging, but as of now, it is not worth to stack on this for dps. It is however slightly more effective at dps than HASTE.
Haste : crap
Enchants, Gems, Reforging and Glyphs :
----------------------------------------
Enchants : Mainly Strengh and Crit

Gems : +40 str red gem as much as possible, other gems should have at least the +20 str. Pair it with Crit (priority) or if you have another stat that needs soft cap like expertise or hit.
Reforging : Reforge Haste > Mastery > Excess Hit > Excess Expertise to Crit
Glyphs :

Prime - Bloodthirst | Raging Blow | Slam
Major - Victory Rush | Cleaving | Heroic Throw
Minor - Bezerker Rage | Battle | Demoralizing Shout
Cooldown Macro
----------------------------------------
Warriors have lots of cooldowns that increase damage done, i consolidate all these cooldowns into a macro for maximum damage output. When used and timed right during a boss fight, you can outDPS almost any other class. Here is the macro, use it wisely :
/cast recklessness
/cast death wish
/cast colossus smash
/cast inner rage
/cast 14
(the last line refers to my PvP trinket that requires activation)
Trinkets :
----------------------------------------
Trinkets are very important for the SMF warrior, if you are using trinkets which requires an activation, remember to include it in the cooldown macro. Personally i think trinkets with an internal cooldown are better. [Heart of Rage] is the best iLvL 359 trinket for warriors. One special trinket, Darkmoon Card: Hurricane is better than even some iLvL 378 trinkets. For SMF warriors, this trinket does alot of justice due to our fast autoattacks and rage dumps. It is usually 3-4% of my DPS, more than Raging Blow which is normally 1-2%. Whatever trinket you choose, make sure it only gives +str or +crit as the proc and not +haste or anything else.
Abilities and Rotation
----------------------------------------
The most important part in this guide and what distinguishes good warriors from mediocre ones. This involves understanding the mechanics of our abilities and more importantly the reason behind our build so far.
